Starting carpentry from a young age, it became clear early on that his career was going to be construction oriented. During High school he signed up for a co op program working for a home builder pre and post graduation. Will eventually moved onto a commercial contractor building medical facilities. However sitting in traffic and working for someone else was not his thing. Will’s life long passion for surfing was to strong, he had to find a way to make his career blend with his passion. In 2009 he quit his job and dove head first into entrepreneurship and started Epic Visions Development.

Living at the beach and working in same beach town was paramount to the epic vision. No commuting, no traffic or the rush of city life, and being able to surf every time the waves were good. It all came together in the beach town of Brigantine NJ. Starting with maintenance work, it gave him the opportunity to work and travel for surfing. Maintenance work then grew to small renovations, which led to large scale renovations, additions, house raises and new construction.

While he continued to grow the company, they started investing into unique projects that were surf related, including a surf lodge in Tahiti and a smoothie shop made from shipping containers with a surf theme. After selling the smoothie business and surf lodge, he kept investing into these unique projects with ongoing work in the United States, Nicaragua, Indonesia and Australia.

Now with 20 years experience and having owned several business, Will looks forward on sharing his wealth of knowledge with you by consulting and developing your epic vision.
